Awarded annually to the best article published in the Society’s CSEye magazine preceding year.
The award is open to all members and non-members.
Criteria:
The award winner is the “Editor’s choice” as chosen by the Editor of CSEye and ratified by the Council of The Chartered Society of Forensic Sciences. The “Editor’s choice” is chosen from articles published in CSEye within a given year considered using the following criteria:
- Impact/Novelty of the subject within forensic science
- Quality of the article
The Award:
For CSFS non-members the award is in the form of one year’s Affiliate membership of CSFS.
For CSFS members the award is in the form of either one year's gratis on their membership subscription or a voucher to the same value against attendance at a CSFS event.
